Our refund rules for digital products, subscriptions, and credit usage

Overview
MAI Image 2 provides digital AI services and credit-based products. Because generation and processing begin immediately after use, refunds are limited and handled under the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds may be considered when:
- You were charged incorrectly
- A purchase was duplicated by mistake
- A technical issue prevented access to the service and our support team could not resolve it
Refunds are not available after the 3-day window except where required by law.
Credit and Usage Limits
If credits, generations, or other paid resources have already been used in a meaningful amount, the purchase is generally not eligible for a refund.
This includes situations where:
- AI generation credits have been consumed
- A subscription period has already been actively used
- A digital feature has been substantially accessed or delivered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@maiimage2.org and include:
- Your account email
- Order number or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- A brief explanation of the request
Please send your request within 3 days of purchase so we can review it promptly.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund for a past billing cycle.
If you believe a renewal was accidental or caused by a technical issue, contact support as soon as possible.
Refund Processing
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
We may ask for additional information before making a decision on your request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
